Items for recycling should not be bagged or separated, and your recycling cart should be taken to the curb by 7 am on your regular garbage pickup day. The cart should be at least three (3) feet away from any other cart or obstacle, and lids must be closed when your cart is full — never over-fill your cart, or place heavy or bulky items inside.
If you miss a pickup, or if you need an additional cart for your recycling, please contact Waste Management at 501-340-8787. Here are a few important reminders:
- Recycle clean bottles, jars, cans, paper and cardboard.
- Keep food and liquid out of your recycling.
- No loose plastic bags and bagged recyclables.
Glass Drop Off Locations
In addition to curbside glass recycling provided by Waste Management, North Little Rock currently has three locations managed by Ace Glass where residents can also drop off their glass to be recycled (listed below).
Business owners interested in adding a glass drop-off to their location can contact Ace Glass at 501-372-0595. Ace Glass charges a small fee for pickup and businesses can benefit from increased foot traffic and customers take advantage of the drop-off service.
