Friends of the Old Mill

Friends of the Old Mill, Inc. (FOM) is a volunteer organization made up of citizens working with the NLR Parks and Recreation Department, the NLR Visitor’s Bureau, the NLR History Commission, and the Pulaski County Master Gardeners.
