All businesses operating within North Little Rock City limits are required to have a current city issued privilege/business license to do business within the city. This includes anyone doing business with the city as well. (Examples of types of businesses other than brick and mortar may include: Home-based which may also include Consulting, Internet Services, Piano Lessons, Delivery Services, Food Trucks, Curb (#) Painters, etc.)
Annual Privilege Business Licenses are currently being renewed for 2026.
The deadline to renew and avoid a penalty is March 31, 2026.
