North Little Rock 2026 Unsheltered Outreach Fair and Amnesty Day

The 2026 City of North Little Rock Unsheltered Outreach Fair will be held October 2 at Riverfront Park from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This event offers unsheltered individuals an opportunity to connect with organizations, resources, and services available throughout Central Arkansas.
The North Little Rock District and Traffic Court will be onsite to provide amnesty and issue court dates for unsheltered individuals with outstanding non‑violent misdemeanor or traffic warrants within the North Little Rock jurisdiction. This initiative allows participants to resolve past‑due fines, court costs, or Failure to Appear warrants without arrest.
The City of North Little Rock encourages everyone to share this information so our most vulnerable citizens can access valuable support and resources.
