Dogtown Throwdown Returns September 11–12
After a summer break, Dogtown Throwdown is back—bringing live music, family fun, great food, and plenty of reasons to spend the weekend in Argenta.
Join us September 11–12 as Main Street comes alive with local restaurants, outdoor entertainment, and neighborhood favorites. Whether you’re meeting friends for happy hour, bringing the kids out to play, or staying late for live music, Dogtown Throwdown is the perfect excuse to kick off fall in the Arts District.
Friday, September 11
Start the weekend with a Happy Hour Kickoff beginning at 4 p.m. as Argenta’s bars and restaurants welcome everyone back after the summer break. Then stick around for live music from Trey Johnson at 7 p.m. in front of Argenta Library.
Saturday, September 12
Saturday is packed with activities for all ages.
From 12–2 p.m., enjoy Sparkling Saturday with champagne and mimosa specials at participating Main Street restaurants. Families can visit Argenta Library and the First Security Kids Zone from 12–4 p.m., while everyone can enjoy lawn games throughout the day.
As the sun goes down, the party continues with Big Dam Horns at 7 p.m. on the main stage in the parking lot next to Argenta Library.
Whether you’re coming for brunch, music, shopping, or simply spending time with friends, Dogtown Throwdown is all about celebrating everything that makes Argenta special.
