  • March 4th (Tues)—Email Basics Class with Elise Hensley—9am in the Computer Lab.
  • March 5th (Weds)—Big Dam Bridge and Lunch—Bus leaves 10am, returns 3pm. Bus ticket $2.00.
  • March 5th (Weds)—Book Club Discussion—The Heaven and Earth Grocery Store by James McBride; in the Meeting Room from 11:00am—12:00pm. (Weds, April 2nd’s book will be The Midnight Library by Matthew Haig.)
  • March 6th (Thurs)—Advanced Physical Therapy Seminar on Physical Therapy and overall health issues, in the Meeting Room from 12:00—1:00pm.
  • March 7th (Fri)—Greers Ferry National Fish Hatchery & Peggy Sue’s—Bus leaves 10am, returns 4pm. Bus ticket $5.00.
  • March 7th (Fri)—Everyday Mindfulness meditation class in the Meeting Room 10:30—11:30am.
  • March 9th (Sun)—Community Concert Band in the Ballroom 1:00—5:00pm.
  • March 13th (Thurs)—Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge and Lunch—Bus leaves 7am, returns 5:30pm. Bus ticket $10.00.
  • March 18th (Tues)—Cybersecurity Class with Elise Hensley—9am in the Computer Lab.
  • March 18th (Tues)—Health Fair in the Ballroom 9:00—12:00. Come meet all sorts of healthcare representatives and join a raffle for door prizes!
  • March 20th (Thurs)—Archwell Health Bingo 1:45—2:45pm in the Meeting Room.
  • March 21st (Fri)—Wood Grill Buffet—Bus leaves 11am, returns 3pm. Bus ticket $2.00.
  • March 26th (Weds)—Delta Blues Museum and Lunch—Bus leaves 8am, returns 5pm. Bus ticket $10.00.
  • Mignon Hatton will be displaying her art in the Gallery from March 1st until March 29th.
  • April 2nd (Weds)—National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis—Bus ticket $8.00, leaves 8:00am, returns 4:30pm.
  • April 2nd (Weds)—Book Club Discussion of The Midnight Library by Matthew Haig, in the Library 11:00am—12:00pm. (May 7th’s discussion will be on The Godfather by Mario Puzo.)
  • April 3rd (Thurs)—Advanced Physical Therapy Seminar in the Meeting Room from 12:00—1:00pm.

  • April 9th (Weds)—Outreach Free Lunch—7:00am—1:00pm. Please sign up at the table in front of the Office!
  • April 15th (Tues)—Sight & Sound Theatres in Branson, MO to see David—$100 cash for the show and bus ticket, deadline for sign-up is March 14th. Leave 6am, return 11pm. Sign up in the Office with Vanessa! Golden Corral for dinner. Bring a sack lunch for the trip up and money for dinner and souvenirs.
  • April 16th (Weds)—A to Z in Alma and Cracker Barrel—Bus ticket $11.00, leaves 8:00am, returns 5:30pm.
  • April 16th (Weds)—Painting Class with Mignon—$12.00 per person, 10:00—12:30. All materials included. Please sign up at the table in front of the Office and prepay at the Front Desk!
  • April 17th (Thurs)—Free Watercolor Class in the Arts & Crafts Room from 2:00—4:00pm. Supplies provided. Please sign up at the table in front of the Office.
  • April 18th (Fri)—Nick’s BBQ in Lonoke—Bus ticket $3.00, leaves 11:00am, returns 2:30pm.
  • April 19th (Sat)—Hays Center Spring Pool Tournament from 8:00am—1:00pm. Please sign up in the Billiards Room. Must be a Hays Member to participate. 8-ball rules, 1st and 2nd place trophies awarded!
  • April 22nd (Tues)—Arkansas Travelers Game, Senior Day and Buffet (Hot Dogs and Hamburgers)—Tickets $19.50 (includes game ticket cost). Deadline to purchase ticket at Front Desk is March 20th.
  • April 25th (Fri)—Searcy Bingo—Bus ticket $5.00, leaves 10:00am, returns 3:00pm. Lunch at Center, $4 donation.
  • April 29th (Tues)—AARP Drivers Class in the Meeting Room from 9:00—1:00. Please sign up at the table in front of the Office. Fees will be collected by instructor.
  • April 30th (Weds)—Metal Museum in Memphis—Bus ticket $8.00, leaves 8:00am, returns 4:30pm. Lunch in
  • Memphis.
  • A Matter of Balance Class—an 8-week class on Wednesdays for managing falls and increasing activity levels.
