The City of North Little Rock City Beautiful Commission’s mission is to create an environment that is beautiful, clean, and current, so that citizens are proud and empowered to maintain the aesthetics of their neighborhoods and the community as a whole. This mission has economic value and is an asset that is hard to measure in dollars and cents.
