The City of North Little Rock Police Department presents Blessings and Badges, formerly known as Shop with A Cop. During Blessings and Badges, NLRPD buys Christmas gifts for North Little Rock children who are enrolled in kindergarten – 6th grade and whose families meet the specific criteria outlined in the application.
