The North Little Rock Sanitation Department will begin the leaf removal program on Monday, November 16 this year in all four wards in our city. In the event it rains on Monday, November 16, the leaf removal will be delayed. Regular posts on the City of North Little Rock’s Facebook page and website (www.nlr.ar.gov) will provide information for residents on the location of the leaf trucks. Residents can also call 501-371-8340 for an update on the location of the trucks. This recorded line will be updated by noon on Monday and Thursday weekly.
Please be patient as the leaf trucks move throughout the city. The amount of leaves, rain/inclement weather, and equipment failure can all affect how quickly the leaf trucks progress through our City. Residents are reminded they can bag their leaves and place them at the curb weekly if they do not want to wait on the leaf trucks. There is not a set schedule for the path the leaf trucks will take.
