Captain Ron Messer and Officer First Class Shana Cobbs had a fantastic time at the Patrick Henry Hays Senior Citizens Center luncheon! They cooked and served up a delicious meal of baked chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, and rolls for the seniors in attendance.
