The North Little Rock Emergency Services/911 dispatch center recently adopted a new software you may hear about or come into contact with in various forms. The software is called Prepared Live, which provides 911 operators and first responders with access to live video, photos, GPS location, and other real-time data to assess emergencies better. The web-based software does not disrupt our existing technology as it sits on a separate screen. It has been shown to add essential data to the 911 process and vastly improve efficiency for various incident types, including 911 hang-ups, domestics, and more.
