This video was made to cap off Customer Service Appreciation Week last Friday. Due to the system outage that began at the end of last week, we had to push it back. The video has never been more relevant. Our Customer Service team does great work every day. Even with the system outage, they have been doing all they can to help keep things going. Events like this remind us that we couldn’t do it without them.
