Pulaski County Road and Bridge will give away free mulch Friday and Saturday, November 3-4, 2023 from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. at 3200 Woodrow Street, Little Rock, Ark. Look for signs along Roosevelt Road.
Every year, the county turns all tree debris collected throughout the county into mulch. This diverts the tree debris from going to landfills. The event is open to Pulaski County residents and non-residents. There is no load limit. For more information, contact Pulaski County Public Works at (501) 340-6800.
