The City of North Little Rock’s Flexible Spending Account (FSA) provider is Consolidated Admin Services (CAS).
FSA members: Register on CAS’ website, www.consolidatedadmin.com, to view your account balance, submit a reimbursement claim, submit a receipt, and more. Also download the CAS Mobile app to your mobile device to easily check your account and submit receipts simply by taking a picture.
Flexible Spending Accounts allow employees to set aside a portion of their pre-tax income for qualified medical and dependent care expenses. This helps employees reduce their taxable income and save money. Employees decide how much they wish to contribute to their FSA once per year, and the contributions are deducted from employees’ paychecks. Employees must sign up/renew their enrollment in the FSA each year during the open enrollment period (before December 15th).
