East Broadway Corridor & Census Tract 28

A few years ago, the City of North Little Rock and the Arkansas Economic Development Institute held a community meeting to kick off the “Zones of Opportunity Program”

In late 2018 a study was commissioned to look at ways that East Broadway and Census Tract 28 could be updated. This is a short update on some of the economic growth in the area.

The Pillars will set the foundation for a goal of improved QUALITY OF LIFE:

Education / Economic Development
Communication / Infrastructure
Housing / Parks

Community members are invited join the city in forming committees to work on the specific pillars to transform this area of North Little Rock. The East Broadway/Census Tract 28 study will be a roadmap to guide and direct the future and development in this part of North Little Rock.
