SUMMARY:Youth Basketball Skillz Workout
DESCRIPTION:NLR Parks and Recreation will host a free Youth Basketball Skillz Workout for youth in kindergarten through third grade on Saturday\, October 4th at North Heights Community Center from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Workout will be led by Coach Butter and NLRPR Athletic Program Staff with a focus on conditioning\, ball handling\, passing\, lay ups\, and footwork. Great opportunity for participants to practice keys skills and build confidence on the court.
