DESCRIPTION:Mayor’s Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony Attendees asked to bring non-perishable food \n\n\n\nMayor Terry Hartwick along with several North Little Rock children will light the Christmas tree in Argenta Plaza this Tuesday\, November 7\, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. Three\, special guests will accompany Mayor Hartwick along with members of Girl Scout Troops 6115 from North Little Rock. The Girl Scout Troops along with members of the North Little Rock Kiwanis Club and First Assembly of God in North Little Rock will be collecting non-perishable food to share with those in need in our community. “We set a goal of $5\,000 to collect at the Mayor’s Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony in hopes to serve families in the North Little Rock School District\, our unsheltered community and through the “Share Your Lunch” program.” stated Randy Jumper\, Pastor at North Little Rock First Assembly. The community is invited to attend the Mayor’s Tree Lighting Ceremony to celebrate the beginning of the holiday season and bring non-perishable food items to donate to those in need.
