There has been some misunderstanding concerning the mask policy in North Little Rock and the statement issued on March 30, 2021. To clarify, the mask policy in North Little Rock is only mandatory for CITY-OWNED BUILDINGS. Private businesses have the option to require masks if they wish, but all businesses in North Little Rock are not under a mask mandate. Moving forward, Mayor Hartwick will evaluate the mask policy for city-owned buildings each month.
