The City of North Little Rock is sponsoring an Outreach Fair for the unsheltered community on Friday, October 24, 2025 from 10 am – 2 pm at Riverfront Park, 120 Riverfront Park Drive in North Little Rock. The purpose of the Outreach Fair is to share resources with our unsheltered community and improve the quality of life for citizens needing assistance. Numerous community organizations and sponsors have stepped up to contribute to the event.

Unsheltered Outreach Fair – Connect with resources, services, and support systems designed to improve the quality of life for individuals in our unsheltered community.

Amnesty for the Unsheltered Community – Clear all non-violent misdemeanor warrants without fear of arrest.

This is a safe space for hope, help, and second chances.
