    • 5:15 pm – INTERMEDIATE GIRLS Gymnastics
    • 6:30 pm – Adult Open Gym
  • Thursdays
    • 3:30 pm  – BEGINNER GIRLS Gymnastics
    • 4:45 pm – INTERMEDIATE GIRLS Gymnastics
    • 6:00 pm  – BEGINNER GIRLS Gymnastics
    • 7:00 – INTERMEDIATE GIRLS Gymnastics
  • Fridays
    • 10:00 am  – TODDLER Open Gym
    • 11:15 am – Beginner CO-ED Gymnastics

Class Groups:

  • Preschool Gymnastics – For boys and girls ages 3-5 years old. The goal for this class is for our youngest gymnasts to experience a playful and engaging introduction into gymnastics.
  • Boys Gymnastics – For school age boys. This class will introduce the basics in men’s gymnastics. They will gain confidence in strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility.
  • Boys Parkour – For school age boys. This class will introduce the basics in men’s gymnastics, obstacle course training, and agility training. They will gain confidence in strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility.
  • Girls Beginner Gymnastics – For school age girls. This class introduces the basics in women’s gymnastics. Gaining confidence on balance beam, vault, uneven bars, and floor exercise.
  • Girls Intermediate Gymnastics – This class is for our gymnasts who have progressed beyond beginner gymnastics classes. Skill levels are more challenging. Athlete must be evaluated to be enrolled in intermediate.
  • Beginner Tumbling – For school age boys and girls . Wanting to learn the basics of tumbling and trampoline.
  • Intermediate / Advanced Tumbling – For school age boys and girls that have progressed beyond beginner tumbling skills. Athletes must be evaluated to be enrolled in intermediate / advanced.
  • Toddler Open Gym – For aged 0-5 and their caregivers. Enjoy some unstructured supervised free-play.
